Materials
The Hope & Elvis studio is well equipped and some materials will be provided.
An optional requirements list may be sent out with your reminder closer to the workshop, including any recommendations from the artist/maker leading the workshop.
Please feel free to bring any personal items to may wish to use or include in your work.
Food and drink
Our workshops all begin at 10am and finish at 4.30pm. The kettle will be on from 9.40am.
Tea and coffee are available for you to help yourself to throughout the day, as often as you'd like! There are simple snacks available too - Tunnocks Teacakes are always a favourite here!
We will stop for a break during which you can enjoy a packed lunch. This can be stored in our fridge, and we have a toaster and microwave if needed.
Alternatively, there are two cafés and a farm shop on site which you are welcome to make use of, but please be aware that these are a 10-minute walk away and can get busy.
CANCeLLATION POLICY
Please provide as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a workshop.
Workshop payments are non-refundable. However, I will try to fill the place, and if your place can be filled, we will offer a credit note against a future workshop (valid for 12 months). Your cancellation or transfer will incur a £15 administration fee, so the credit note will be valued at the cost of the workshop minus £15 per place.
In the unlikely event we must cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances, we will give as much notice as possible. We will happily refund the full booking fee or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, expenses or disappointment.
