About Sue Brown

Sue Brown is an artist who uses printmaking and mixed media to tell stories.
Inspired by process as much as nature, her work springs from the pages of sketchbooks, and develops carefully researched themes, exploring and developing them on paper and textiles.

Workshop

Collagraph Printmaking onto Fabric
Spend 2 days making and printmaking simple collagraph plates to print onto paper and fabric.
Over the weekend you will explore a couple of plate making processes and several inking techniques. You will be making prints A5 to just under A4.
Create a suite of prints on paper and printed fabrics which can be included in future textile projects.
